Return & Refund Policy – Greewoods

At Greewoods, we specialize in handcrafted and made-to-order furniture. Due to the customized nature of our products, we maintain a strict Return & Refund Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and our business.

1. No Return Policy

Most Greewoods furniture is manufactured specifically upon customer order. Therefore, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference changes

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Products that do not fit through doors, stairways, elevators, or designated spaces

  • Minor variations in color, wood grain, texture, fabric shade, or finish

  • Minor scratches or marks resulting from normal transportation and handling

2. No Cash Refund Policy

Greewoods does not offer cash refunds for any delivered product.

As our furniture is handcrafted and customized, all sales are considered final unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect or major structural damage.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives with major structural damage or a manufacturing defect, customers must:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide a complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video

  • Submit clear photos and videos showing the issue

After verification, Greewoods may provide a repair or replacement at its discretion.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a 25% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the total order value to cover material procurement, labor, and administrative costs.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

5. Delivery Delays

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided for customer convenience and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by production requirements, material availability, weather conditions, logistics providers, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds, compensation, or order cancellation.

6. Repair or Replacement

For approved damage claims, Greewoods may offer:

  • Free repair of the product, or

  • Replacement of the damaged item or affected component

Cash refunds will not be provided in place of repairs or replacements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Greewoods’ maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the purchased product.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, business, emotional, or mental stress-related losses arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of our products.
