Pricing

All prices on Greewoods.com are in Pakistani Rupees and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the Service are not guaranteed and are subject to confirmation at the time of order.

Orders

All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by Greewoods.com. Greewoods.com reserves the right to reject any order, or any part of an order, for any reason, including without limitation, unavailability of the product, errors in the product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is rejected, Greewoods.com will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Payment

Greewoods.com accepts payment through various secure online payment methods, including Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa and online bank transfers. By submitting your order, you authorize Greewoods.com to charge your credit or debit card for the amount of the purchase. If your credit or debit card is declined, Greewoods.com will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Advance Payment Policy

To ensure a seamless order fulfillment process, we have implemented the following advance payment policy:

1. Orders Above Rs. 25,000: A non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total order value is required for orders exceeding Rs. 25,000 at the time of order confirmation.

2. Custom Orders: For all custom orders, regardless of the total value, a 50% advance payment is required to initiate the production process.

3. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance will be charged on a per-parcel basis, and is payable when the parcel reaches the customer’s doorstep.

Delivery

Greewoods.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products purchased through the Service to the address you provide at the time of purchase, within the estimated delivery time of 15-20 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and Greewoods.com will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

Greewoods.com offers curbside delivery only. Customers are responsible for moving items into their homes and assembling them, including beds. Please note that Greewoods.com does not provide assembly services.

User Content

The Service may allow you to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, and videos (“User Content”). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the Service.

By making any User Content available through the Service, you grant to Greewoods.com a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter

devised (including in connection with the and Greewoods.com’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
