If a product does not meet your expectations, your sole remedy is to return it in unused and undamaged condition, subject to our Return Policy. 

Pricing

All prices on Greewoods.com are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders placed at incorrect prices. 

Orders

All orders placed through Greewoods.com are subject to product availability and acceptance by Greewoods.com. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, or part of an order, due to reasons such as unavailability, pricing errors, or issues identified during fraud prevention checks. If your order is canceled, we will notify you via the email address provided during checkout. 

Payment

Greewoods.com offers secure payment options tailored for Pakistani customers, including:

• Online Bank Transfers
• Credit/Debit Cards

By placing an order, you authorize Greewoods.com to charge the total amount to your selected payment method. If your payment is declined, we will notify you via email or whatsapp to resolve the issue. 

Advance Payment Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient order process, we have implemented the following advance payment policy: 

1. Orders above PKR 20,000: A non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total order value is required at the time of order confirmation. 

2. Custom Orders: For custom-made furniture, a 50% advance payment is mandatory to initiate production. 

3. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance will be collected on a per-parcel basis and is payable upon delivery at your doorstep. 

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 15-20 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability. Greewoods.com is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or logistical challenges. 

Delivery Policy: 

Greewoods.com provides curbside delivery only.  Customers are responsible for moving items into their homes and assembling them, including beds.  Assembly services are not included. 

User Content

Greewoods.com may allow you to submit, upload, or share content such as reviews, photos, or videos (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Greewoods.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content for promotional and business purposes. 

By sharing User Content, you confirm that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. Greewoods.com reserves the right to remove any User Content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates these Terms.
